A leading partner for aircraft cabin design and integration as well as a first tier supplier for avionics solutions, Diehl Aerosystems has expanded its global industrial activities by setting up a production facility in Nyírbátor, Hungary. The new company "Diehl Aircabin Hungary Kft" will operate as a subsidiary of Diehl Aircabin – one of currently four operating units under the umbrella of Diehl Aerosystems – with headquarters in Laupheim, Germany.

The new company "Diehl Aircabin Hungary Kft" will operate as a subsidiary of Diehl Aircabin – one of currently four operating units under the umbrella of Diehl Aerosystems – with headquarters in Laupheim, Germany.

 

The ramp-up of production rates of the large aircraft manufacturers will safeguard employment in Laupheim and, in addition, will create more than 150 jobs in Hungary.
Diehl Aerosystems is a Corporate Division of Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG and covers all aerospace activities of the Diehl Group. With its operational units Diehl Aerospace, Diehl Aircabin, Diehl Service Modules and Diehl Comfort Modules Diehl Aerosystems is a joint venture and a leading systems supplier for avionics and cabin solutions. The Corporate Division currently employs approximately 3,000 people. Leading aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing, Eurocopter and Embraer are amongst its leading customers.
