As part of our strategy to expand our coverage and build resilience in our Global Service Centres, we have decided to establish a new Service Centre in Budapest. Starting in 2014 we expect to grow to a size of around 250 staff over the first two years. This desk will be an extension of our main Barcelona Multilingual Service Centre, expand our European language capability and provide a skills pool for the wider Computacenter business.

As part of our strategy to expand our coverage and build resilience in our Global Service Centres, we have decided to establish a new Service Centre in Budapest. Starting in 2014 we expect to grow to a size of around 250 staff over the first two years. This desk will be an extension of our main Barcelona Multilingual Service Centre, expand our European language capability and provide a skills pool for the wider Computacenter business.
In common with our other Service Centres, we are building a facility and a business, which will reward employees who are focused on delivering excellent customer service and a high level of technical fix from a remote Service Centre whilst being part of a very people-centric environment, which encourages collaboration and involvement both inside and outside of the workplace.
Our Computacenter Hungary staff will primarily be providing Service Desk services. There are also, however, opportunities for Service Managers and Project Managers and Coordinators who live in Hungary but wish to become part of a Global Service and Project Management team and get the chance to travel and work on global projects for many different customers.
